NEXT EVENTS 2026

wildfeet days

I am offering a series of wildfeet days in North Pembrokeshire between

March and June 2026

Saturday 28 March wildfeet fundamentals

Friday 1st May time..speed..reflection

Saturday 30 May listening … sounding

Friday 26 June becoming

All days run from 11am – 5 pm

You can attend the days individually or book as a series as I will have a different focus in each day – the first will be a taster including aspects of the other three.

These will be for small groups and take place in Moylegrove, Pembrokeshire where we have access to studio, fields, woodland valley and coast –  for a maximum of 7 people.

Wildfeet workshops foster connections with nature, the environment, sustainabillity and the body-mind. This series will be part nature experience, part creative workshop and part retreat/personal development. I will interweave these approaches in response to the emerging process and group.

See workshops for details.

I am an artist, performance-maker and facilitator of collaboration, creativity and change. I facilitate creative secular pilgrimages and a workshop programme called wildfeet in the North Pembrokeshire landscape where I currently live and was raised. Participants explore full-bodied awareness, walking with questions and writing to enhance belonging, presence and imagination.

My work takes many forms and has led to solo projects and work with theatre/dance companies such as Kneehigh Theatre and National Theatre Wales, in universities (as teacher and researcher with for example Aberystwyth University, Royal Holloway University of London), and in Arts and Health (as lead artist and creative producer with Bristol Museums, Exeter Hospital, Bristol University Hospitals Health Trust, cARTrefu and the School of Movement Medicine).

And I make vibrant, hand printed lampshades as bespoke commissions and in small print runs.
