I am an artist, performance-maker and facilitator of collaboration, creativity and change. I facilitate creative secular pilgrimages and a workshop programme called wildfeet in the North Pembrokeshire landscape where I currently live and was raised. Participants explore full-bodied awareness, walking with questions and writing to enhance belonging, presence and imagination.

My work takes many forms and has led to solo projects and work with theatre/dance companies such as Kneehigh Theatre and National Theatre Wales, in universities (as teacher and researcher with for example Aberystwyth University, Royal Holloway University of London), and in Arts and Health (as lead artist and creative producer with Bristol Museums, Exeter Hospital, Bristol University Hospitals Health Trust, cARTrefu and the School of Movement Medicine).

And I make vibrant, hand printed lampshades as bespoke commissions and in small print runs.
